- Resident of either Marion or Polk counties for at least 6 months by our pageant date
- Attend school or work full-time within Marion or Polk counties

- Not currently pregnant or a parent, nor do you plan to become during your year of service

- At least age 13 and no older than a 17-year-old high school junior by Miss Oregon's Outstanding Teen competition (June 29th, 2019)
- Resident of either Marion or Polk counties for at least 6 months by our pageant date
- Attend school within Marion or Polk counties
- Not currently (nor have ever been) married
- Not currently pregnant or a parent, nor do you plan to become during your year of service
